What This Role Involves

As a Training and Implementation Consultant, you'll be the bridge between our solutions and our customers' teams. You'll combine deep product knowledge with exceptional training delivery skills to ensure smooth deployments and rapid time-to-value for every client engagement. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement and customer success, giving you visibility across the entire client lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver tailored training programmes for client teams at all levels, from end-users to system administrators
• Lead implementation planning sessions, defining timelines, milestones, and success criteria with clients
• Provide hands-on support during system deployments, troubleshooting issues and ensuring quality outcomes
• Create custom training materials, documentation, and knowledge resources specific to each client's environment
• Partner with the sales team to scope implementations accurately and set realistic client expectations
• Gather client feedback post-deployment and recommend improvements to enhance adoption and satisfaction
• Document lessons learned and contribute to our growing library of best-practice implementation guides

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering training and implementation services in a B2B software or technology environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Project management experience, including the ability to juggle multiple client engagements and timelines
• Problem-solving mindset and comfort working through technical challenges collaboratively
• Customer-focused approach with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed
• Full-time, permanent position based in Solihull, England, United Kingdom
