Training & Implementation Consultant – Talent Pool (North America)

Pinewood.AI is seeking a Training & Implementation Consultant for our North America talent pool to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you'll help customers succeed by delivering expert training and seamless implementation support across the region.

About This Position

As a Training & Implementation Consultant with Pinewood.AI, you'll be at the forefront of customer success, enabling clients across North America to maximize value from their implementations. This remote, full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team while supporting diverse clients in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area and beyond. You'll combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills to guide customers through deployment, training, and adoption phases of their journey with our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients, tailored to their skill levels and business needs
• Support implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring successful deployments
• Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and best practice guides
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities and relay customer feedback
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide technical guidance to clients
• Track training progress and implementation metrics to ensure client satisfaction and adoption

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in training delivery, implementation support, or customer success roles
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple client engagements
• Technical proficiency and comfort learning new platforms and tools
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
• North America-based availability or eligible to work across the region
