About This Position
In this Sales Development Representative role, you'll be the vital first contact for prospects exploring photobooth equipment, rentals, and related supplies. You'll qualify leads, uncover customer needs, and present solutions that help event planners, corporate event organizers, and entertainment venues deliver unforgettable experiences. As a fully remote Sales Development Representative, you'll manage your own schedule while staying connected with our sales and operations teams to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads through phone, email, and video to conduct thorough needs assessments
- Qualify prospects and evaluate fit for Photobooth Supply Co's product and service offerings
- Present equipment features, rental packages, and supply options tailored to each customer's event requirements
- Document all conversations and deal progress in our CRM system
- Coordinate with account managers to hand off qualified opportunities for closing
- Track market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales approach
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales development, customer acquisition, lead generation, or inside sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with genuine curiosity about customer needs
- Experience working with phone, email, and video communication platforms
- Working knowledge of CRM software and sales engagement tools
- Strong self-motivation and ability to meet activity goals independently
- Knowledge of or interest in the events, photobooth rental, or entertainment industry preferred
