About the Role

As a Seasonal Equipment Operator with CSS Farms, you'll operate and maintain the farm equipment that keeps our Dalhart, Texas operations moving through the busy production months. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a range of agricultural equipment and machinery across daily field assignments
• Carry out routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and timely reporting of mechanical issues
• Support planting, cultivation, harvesting, and related seasonal tasks as directed
• Follow all safety protocols and stewardship standards while working on and around the land
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Experience operating farm or heavy equipment is preferred
• A strong commitment to safe, responsible work practices
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor labor through the seasonal workload
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to work on-site in Dalhart, Dallam County (this role is not remote)
