Inside Sales Representative

Photobooth Supply Co is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships from our remote-friendly team based in Santa Ana, California. This full-time position offers the opportunity to sell premium photobooth equipment and supplies to event professionals, rental companies, and venues across California and nationwide.

Working remotely from Santa Ana or wherever suits you best, you'll connect with event planners, rental company owners, and venue managers who are actively looking to add or upgrade their photobooth offerings. Your success depends on your ability to listen closely to customer needs, articulate how our products solve their challenges, and move prospects confidently to a closed deal.

What You'll Do

• Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline
• Conduct consultative calls to understand customer requirements and present tailored photobooth solutions
• Develop quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements while maintaining company margins
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond to encourage repeat business
• Track activity, forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide regular sales reporting

Who We're Looking For

• One to three years of inside sales or direct sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort using the phone as a primary tool
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a commission-driven environment
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard sales software
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience when facing objections
• Self-directed work ethic suited to remote work with minimal supervision
• Genuine interest in the event, entertainment, or rental industry is a plus
