This flexible, commission-based opportunity lets you build your recruitment practice on your own terms—accessing verified client vacancies, placing talent, and earning directly from your success without traditional agency oversight.

About This Position

As a Recruitment Partner with RecXchange, you'll operate as an independent freelance recruiter on a flexible, commission-only basis. You control your schedule, choose which roles to pursue, and work remotely from anywhere. The platform connects you to real employer vacancies and provides the infrastructure to manage your entire recruitment operation—from candidate sourcing through placement completion. This role suits experienced recruiters who value autonomy, want to grow their own practice, and prefer earning directly from placements rather than working within traditional recruitment firm structures.

Your Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates matched to client vacancies
• Present qualified candidates to employers and manage placement processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Negotiate contract terms and placement fees with employers
• Track placements through to completion and ensure successful starts
• Build and expand your own network of candidates and clients
• Manage your recruitment pipeline and commission earnings independently

Skills & Qualifications

• Established experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to identify and attract quality candidates
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-directed work ethic and disciplined time management
• Experience managing client relationships and closing placements
• Knowledge of hiring processes, employment terms, and recruitment best practice
• Resilience, persistence, and comfort with commission-based earning
