What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized and small-group instructional support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assist in implementing classroom management strategies and behavioral interventions
• Help develop and reinforce foundational academic skills aligned with classroom curriculum
• Support students with communication, social-emotional learning, and daily living skills as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies
• Maintain organized, detailed records of student participation and progress
• Foster a respectful, encouraging classroom culture where every student feels valued

What We're Looking For

• Genuine compassion for working with students experiencing academic or behavioral challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with students and staff
• Reliability and commitment to supporting students consistently throughout the school year
• Willingness to follow teacher direction and contribute to collaborative team environments
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); relevant certifications or prior experience preferred
• Ability to remain patient and solution-focused in dynamic classroom settings
