Recruitment Partner (Freelance / Remote)

RecXchange, a global recruitment technology platform based in Thorley, Bishop's Stortford, is seeking an independent Recruitment Partner to place candidates into client roles and build your own portfolio of placements—all while working completely remotely.

What This Role Involves

Operating your own recruitment business through the RecXchange platform, you'll have direct access to a curated marketplace of client vacancies and be compensated on a commission basis for every successful candidate placement you make. Unlike traditional agencies, you retain full autonomy over your schedule, territory, and earnings potential. This is genuine independent work: no agency restrictions, no set hours, just you, your network, and your ambition.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and place qualified candidates into open positions listed on the RecXchange platform
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with hiring managers and job seekers
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and skill assessments appropriate to each role
• Manage your own placement pipeline and client communication independently
• Deliver successful placements and build a strong track record on the platform
