Role Overview

We're looking for a Preschool Age Teacher to join our team at Ginger Bread House, a nurturing center committed to creating a safe, caring environment where young children thrive. As a full-time preschool teacher in Mc Farland, you'll guide children's learning through play, foster their curiosity, and support their social-emotional growth. Whether you're an experienced early childhood educator or passionate about working with preschool-age children, we welcome candidates at all experience levels.

Core Duties

• Design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities rooted in play-based exploration
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that responds to each child's individual needs and learning style
• Build positive relationships with children and families through open communication and trust
• Observe, assess, and nurture children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning space that meets health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a caring environment for all staff and families
