Oracle is hiring a Senior Principal NetSuite Functional Consultant in Bangalore, Karnataka to lead enterprise resource planning implementations for industrial and equipment manufacturing clients. The Opportunity

Join Oracle's NetSuite consulting practice as a Senior Principal Functional Consultant specializing in industrial and equipment sector implementations. You will own end-to-end solution delivery for large-scale ERP transformations, working alongside executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives. This role combines hands-on functional expertise with strategic advisory responsibilities, positioning you to shape how manufacturing and equipment companies leverage cloud-based operations management.

Core Duties

• Lead cross-functional implementation teams through requirements gathering, system design, and deployment phases
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including supply chain management, inventory, manufacturing, and financial processes specific to industrial operations
• Partner with clients to identify operational inefficiencies and design data-driven solutions within the NetSuite platform
• Establish implementation governance frameworks, manage timelines and scope, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability through knowledge transfer and training programme delivery
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and optimize system performance post-deployment

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience, with minimum 5 years in a senior or lead advisory capacity
• Proven expertise implementing NetSuite across industrial manufacturing, equipment distribution, or related sectors
• Mastery of core NetSuite modules: SuiteCommerce, Supply Chain, Production, Financial Management, and Reporting
• Strong business process analysis skills with ability to translate complex requirements into platform configurations
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent implementations and leading teams of varying sizes
• Excellent client-facing communication with ability to influence executives and C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
