Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the Schlüchtern area who is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to work remotely. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction through professional and timely assistance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat
• Providing expert guidance and support on product and service questions
• Analyzing and resolving customer issues and complaints
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer data
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes both experienced customer service professionals and career changers who are eager to develop in this field. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Previous customer service experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Empathy and the ability to respond to diverse customer needs
• Proficiency with standard office applications and willingness to learn new systems
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken

The position offers home office flexibility, 32 days of annual leave, flexible working hours, and parental leave support.
