Founding Growth Marketer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a fast-moving early-stage B2B SaaS company building AI-powered operations software for the property management sector. They're looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to join their London-based team and build their customer acquisition engine from scratch.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role working directly with leadership to establish repeatable growth channels, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue. You'll have autonomy to experiment, own outcomes, and shape how the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings through paid advertising, SEO, outbound campaigns, content marketing, partnerships, and lifecycle tactics
• Research target customers to understand their operational challenges and software buying decisions
• Design and execute rapid experiments across messaging, audiences, offers, and conversion funnels
• Build and optimize landing pages and conversion pathways from awareness through closed deals
• Leverage AI tools for research, content production, targeting, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with the founding team on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Track key metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
• Focus on commercial outcomes—qualified pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus: hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or strategic partnerships
• Bonus: background in B2B SaaS, property technology, hospitality tech, or marketing to SMB operators

Pay
