About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential localization and data services organization seeking Ads Quality Raters fluent in Farsi and based in Turkey. In this remote role, you'll evaluate internet advertisements to improve how AI systems deliver relevant content to users. You'll assess ad quality based on search keywords and user intent, helping refine algorithms that power major search platforms.

This is an ideal side project for individuals who spend significant time online, understand search behavior, and enjoy research-based work with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Review and grade internet advertisements in both English and Farsi
• Evaluate ad relevance based on user search keywords and intent
• Provide feedback that helps shape AI-driven ad delivery systems
• Research topics online to assess advertisement appropriateness
• Complete quality assessments according to provided guidelines
• Maintain consistency in evaluation standards across tasks

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Farsi (required)
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Currently residing in Turkey (verified during onboarding)
• Comfortable knowledge of modern popular culture
• Daily internet user familiar with major search engines
• Reliable computer system and stable internet connection
• Ability to commit minimum 5 hours per week, up to 20 hours maximum
• Available to start immediately
• Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor/freelancer in Turkey
• Willingness to sign standard NDA and service agreements
