Funding Closure Specialist (all genders)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential consulting firm specializing in grant management and public funding advisory services. Our talent team is seeking a Funding Closure Specialist based in Landshut, Germany to join their operations.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for the successful processing of funding applications. You will ensure that all necessary documentation is correctly submitted on time and accompany the entire process through to final approval.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the compilation of all required documents for funding applications
• Review the completeness and accuracy of application materials
• Communicate proactively with clients and funding authorities to ensure smooth workflows
• Monitor the status of applications and initiate appropriate measures as needed
• Support the preparation of interim and final reports

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence in handling administrative processes; experience in grant management or similar areas is ideal
• Independent and structured working style
• Clear and precise communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with standard office software
• German language proficiency required for client and authority communications

Compensation and Benefits

Pay via Get A Job.ai: EUR 50,000 - 60,000 per year
