Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in Hamburg that is building AI-powered communication platforms. This junior role starts with hands-on customer onboarding and production support, then grows into full-stack feature development. You will work directly with senior engineers and learn to build and operate distributed systems at scale.
- Onboard new customers: setup, configuration, and third-party integrations
- Automate recurring onboarding tasks to make the process scalable
- Production support: investigate and resolve issues using code, logs, and data analysis
- Implement, test, and release bug fixes and small features
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines: deployments, Kubernetes, monitoring
- Learn to work with AI agents during development and critically review generated code
- With growing experience: independently develop and ship features
What We're Looking For
- Graduate (Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or similar) or comparable training with a strong portfolio
- Solid programming fundamentals demonstrated through university projects, internships, or personal work
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and openness to feedback
- Fluent German (clients are German-speaking), good English
- Tech stack includes Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, LangGraph, React, TypeScript, Twilio, Kubernetes—prior experience is not required
