About This Opportunity

We are representing a specialized digital marketing agency in Cologne that focuses on performance campaigns for the events and entertainment industry. Our client seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to full-time in Q1 2027. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven campaign optimization and social media advertising.

Location: Cologne, Germany – Hybrid or Remote
Employment Type: Part-time with option to move to full-time in 2027
Contract: Permanent (unbefristeter Vertrag)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Create, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns with a focus on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and expanding to YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Spotify)
• Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into measurable performance KPIs in collaboration with client partners
• Maintain and optimize automated reporting dashboards using Google Looker Studio
• Plan media budgets, establish benchmarks for key performance indicators, and continuously monitor and optimize campaign results
• Manage client communication and ensure smooth project delivery
• Support search engine marketing initiatives including Google Ads, SEA, and display campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Ideally, some professional experience in performance marketing (though motivated career-changers are welcome)
• Enthusiasm for discovering new trends and working with automation tools
• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Genuine desire to continuously learn and develop professionally
• Interest in the events and entertainment industry
• Fluency in German is required for client communication
