Wir vertreten einen innovativen Arbeitssicherheitsdienstleister in Berlin, der Unternehmen deutschlandweit mit modernen digitalen Lösungen und persönlicher Beratung unterstützt. Für unser Mandat suchen wir eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) oder einen Sicherheitsingenieur (m/w/d) im hybriden Arbeitsmodell.
Diese Position bietet die ideale Kombination aus Homeoffice, flexibler Arbeitszeitgestaltung und regionalen Kundeneinsätzen (ca. 7–9 Außendienste pro Monat). Sie erhalten einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag, einen Dienstwagen zur privaten Nutzung sowie 27 Tage Urlaub plus einen zusätzlichen Tag für Weihnachten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung von Unternehmen im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitssicherheit
- Durchführung von Erst- und Betriebsbegehungen
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Beratung zu gesetzlichen Anforderungen im Arbeitsschutz
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an ASA-Sitzungen
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen
- Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen und Entwicklung präventiver Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei Anfragen von Berufsgenossenschaften und Behörden
- Mitarbeit in Projekten wie Gefahrstoffmanagement und Brandschutz
- Mitgestaltung moderner digitaler Prozesse im Arbeitsschutz
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) oder Sicherheitsingenieur (m/w/d)
- Erfahrung im Arbeitsschutz, in der Arbeitssicherheit oder im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Kundenberatung
- Interesse an digitalen Tools und modernen Arbeitsschutzlösungen
- Reisebereitschaft für regionale Kundentermine (2–3 Tage pro Woche)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
