Wir vertreten einen etablierten Fintech-Anbieter mit Standort in Frankfurt, der sich auf die Unterstützung kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen spezialisiert hat. Als Customer Service Advisor (m/w/d) werden Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden sein und durch exzellenten Service überzeugen.
In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie eingehende Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Webchat. Sie unterstützen Unternehmer bei allgemeinen Fragen, bei der Antragstellung und bei Folgeprozessen. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit verschiedenen internen Teams zusammen, um optimale Ergebnisse für die Kunden zu erzielen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Webchat) mit höchster Servicequalität
- Beantwortung von Produktfragen und Unterstützung beim Antragsprozess
- Hilfestellung bei der Zusammenstellung notwendiger Dokumentation für Kreditentscheidungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur bestmöglichen Kundenbetreuung
- Aktive Teilnahme an Prozessverbesserungen durch Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback und Marktbeobachtungen
- Neugieriger und sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätsverbesserung
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice (Erfahrungen im Bankenumfeld oder Fintech sind von Vorteil)
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2-Niveau)
- Englischkenntnisse für die Teilnahme an internationalen Team-Meetings
- Ausgeprägte "Customer Centricity" und Freude an der Kundenkommunikation
- Hohe Motivation, Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Selbstständige, teamorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an KI-Tools und der Bereitschaft, diese effektiv einzusetzen

Vergütung
