Manager, Professional Services Delivery

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data intelligence organization seeking a Manager, Professional Services Delivery to lead their team in Australia. This senior leadership role places you at the center of customer success initiatives across the APAC region, managing high-performing teams of Architects and Engagement Managers while driving strategic service delivery outcomes.

In this position, you'll partner closely with sales, account teams, product management, and customer engineering to ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll be responsible for both team leadership and hands-on delivery support, helping customers navigate their data governance and AI transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dedicated team of Architects and Engagement Managers, overseeing performance management, professional growth, and career development
• Support customer journey design, implementation decisions, and execution alongside your team
• Drive regional services revenue attainment and monitor team utilization metrics
• Collaborate on defining standard service offerings, accelerators, journey approaches, and delivery methodologies
• Partner with sales leadership on business development, proposal creation, and statement of work development
• Ensure delivery quality by acting as trusted advisor for customer engagements, mapping activities to value-based outcomes
• Manage escalations and work cross-functionally to analyze root causes and drive resolution
• Create and execute talent development plans and onboard new team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of professional services delivery experience
• Proven track record building and leading professional services teams
• Demonstrated success scaling high-performing services delivery organizations
• Experience in AI transformation, data governance, data management, or data quality domains
• Extensive background navigating complex enterprise customer engagements and driving measurable, value-based outcomes
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborative leadership style with a track record of selfless team leadership
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Customer-obsessed mindset with passion for customer success and adoption
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while driving continuous improvement
