Working Student (m/f/d) – Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a working student to join their freight forwarding team in Hamburg. In this role, you will support daily logistics operations and help maintain accurate shipment data across multiple systems.

• Maintain and update shipment data in internal systems and Excel
• Capture, organize, and manage logistics-related data and documentation
• Support the team with daily freight forwarding activities
• Review data for completeness and accuracy
• Assist in keeping processes and documentation current
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong MS Excel skills
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work approach
• Good organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
• Fluent German and basic English language skills
• Interest in logistics and freight forwarding
• Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is advantageous but not required
• Currently enrolled as a student
