Werkstudent (m/w/d) Internationales Marketing & Eventmanagement

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential industrial automation organization seeking a working student to support their international marketing and event management team. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of international trade shows, customer events, and marketing projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in B2B marketing and project management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning, organization, and follow-up of international trade fairs, customer events, and internal gatherings
• Coordinating event-related activities with international offices to ensure unified planning and communication
• Collaborating with agencies, trade show organizers, and other service providers to successfully execute global events
• Creating and preparing presentations, newsletters, event materials, and other marketing content in both German and English
• Assisting with website maintenance and selected social media activities related to international events
• Conducting market and competitive research and providing administrative support for international marketing projects

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a comparable field
• Strong organizational and communication skills with an independent and structured working style
• Enthusiasm for working in an international environment and coordinating with teams across different countries
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications

Beneficial experience:

• Prior practical experience in marketing, event management, or project management
• Interest in B2B marketing and technical products
• Initial experience with content creation, social media, or website management
• High level of initiative and solution-oriented thinking
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for contributing your own ideas
