About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential e-commerce client seeking a Campaign Manager for a fixed-term contract through December 31, 2026, with strong potential for extension. This is a remote position based in Germany.
Our client operates at the intersection of CRM, marketing technology, and AI innovation. You'll own end-to-end campaign execution across owned channels while experimenting with AI-driven tools to scale personalization and drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Own CRM Campaigns End-to-End: Lead campaigns from briefing through launch, optimization, and reporting across email, push, onsite, and in-app channels
- Execute Flawlessly: Build campaigns, manage timelines and stakeholders, ensure QA accuracy, and troubleshoot across global teams
- Drive AI-Enabled Marketing: Use AI tools to improve campaign creation, personalization, and testing; experiment with AI-generated copy, subject lines, and creative concepts
- Optimize Creative Performance: Brief and review CRM creative assets, adapt visuals across channels, run A/B tests, and translate insights into measurable improvements
- Improve Workflows: Support AI prompt development, scalable marketing automation, and operational efficiency through AI-driven ways of working
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure responsible AI usage, targeting accuracy, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in CRM, campaign management, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with owned channels: email, push, onsite, and in-app
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital marketing environments
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed, global environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign QA, execution, and troubleshooting
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with marketing tools such as Jira, Monday, and Slack
- Understanding of segmentation, targeting, and campaign logic
- Strong interest in AI applications in marketing and ability to translate marketing needs into effective AI prompts
- Strong eye for visual quality, branding, and creative detail
- Collaborative team player comfortable with continuous change and innovation
- C2+ language proficiency in both German and English required
