Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consumer-facing organization in London seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Group FP&A on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you will:
- Own production of Group cost centre reporting on a monthly basis
- Own the consolidation of the non-headcount OPEX forecast for the UK
- Act as Finance Business Partner to all central UK functions, including C-Level stakeholders
- Maintain and update the Group headcount forecast monthly
- Ensure data integrity between the general ledger and internal reports and forecasts
- Partner with the Accounting team to improve alignment and visibility of UK OPEX
- Support maintenance of the Group financial model
- Evolve reporting and insights, including CFO dashboards, board pack automation, and monthly flash reports
- Learn and leverage Netsuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) and AI tools to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to the evolution of the finance function as the business scales
What We're Looking For
Our client requires a qualified accountant with the following qualifications and experience:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 6 years' experience in FP&A or business partnering roles within industry
- Proven experience working in high-growth, consumer-facing businesses
- Experience with Netsuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) is advantageous
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of confidently providing challenge and clear examples of stakeholder management
- Comfortable adapting quickly and thriving in fast-paced environments
- Pragmatic approach with high attention to detail
- Confidence to challenge stakeholders in the best interests of the business
