Implementation Specialist -AI Phone Assistant (x/f/m)

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking an Implementation Specialist - AI Phone Assistant for their Berlin office. In this role, you will guide medical practices and hospitals through the technical onboarding of an AI-based phone assistant solution. You'll configure systems, manage data migrations, and ensure clients can reliably use the technology in their daily operations. Within your first six months, you will independently execute onboardings, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical implementations of AI-based phone assistant solutions for medical practices and hospitals
• Assess technical requirements, configure the solution, and ensure successful deployment
• Coordinate data migrations from external practice management systems and verify data quality and completeness
• Conduct technical conversations with practice staff, IT contacts, and internal teams, explaining complex topics in accessible language
• Document technical solutions, develop training materials, and automate recurring tasks

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Prior experience in technical onboarding, technical implementation, IT support, technical customer success, or comparable role
• Strong understanding of APIs, IT infrastructure, networks, and VPNs
• Proficiency working with data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools
• Excellent German communication skills (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
• Structured approach to analyzing technical problems and developing pragmatic solutions independently

Preferred qualifications:

• Programming experience with JavaScript and/or Python
• Experience with SQL databases
• Knowledge of practice management systems, hospital information systems, or EHR systems
• Experience with SaaS solutions, technical implementations, or AI tools
• Experience creating training materials or process automation

• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in Berlin office)
