Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking an International Media Consultant Intern based in Paris. In this hybrid role, you will support global digital operations while ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and reporting remains accurate.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Supporting global digital operations in a hybrid capacity (approximately 80% digital tasks, 20% client team operational tasks), ensuring proper campaign execution, accurate reporting, and handling ad hoc requests
• Managing media plan workflows, including approvals, authorizations, and purchase order requests, while maintaining compliance with internal processes and client requirements
• Assisting the Global Digital Account Director by coordinating cross-functional teams (Strategy, Programmatic, Social) to ensure integrated and timely delivery of digital projects
• Contributing to process improvements that increase team efficiency and strengthen overall operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 degree in communication or marketing, seeking an internship of at least 5 months
• Passion for media, advertising, and new technologies
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• English proficiency at C1 to C2 level
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
