Marketing Associate at Retail Insights

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Marketing Associate to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of multi-channel marketing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience across email, social media, design, analytics, and paid advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns including copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimization for newsletters, product updates and promotional communications
• Grow and manage social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter, testing new content formats and engaging with audiences
• Create and maintain visual identity through graphic design across all marketing channels
• Optimize website design, SEO activities and user experience, launching new formats that reflect brand identity
• Track, measure and improve performance metrics across all channels, working towards challenging KPIs and targets
• Manage paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments to identify shareable content and communicate marketing progress
• Support international conference events with occasional travel opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained or in progress
• UK work authorization required
• Relentless drive and desire to excel in your work
• Strong work ethic with high sense of urgency
• Proactive ownership mentality with follow-through on commitments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to structure and prioritize workload
• Interest in building and nurturing professional relationships
• No specific previous work experience required; training will be provided and we welcome candidates at different experience levels

The position is onsite Monday to Friday at the client's London offices near Buckingham Gate. Start date is flexible.
