Responsibilities
Our client, a dynamic events and media organization in London, is seeking a Conference Producer to take ownership of key project delivery. In this role, you will:
- Drive end-to-end conference production, from concept development through post-event analysis
- Research and develop deep industry expertise to inform programming strategies
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Build and nurture relationships with speakers, sponsors, and attendees
- Execute marketing and outreach strategies to support event growth
- Contribute to new venture launches and operational improvements
- Travel occasionally to support international conferences
What We're Looking For
