Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital health organization seeking a working student to support review management and feedback analysis. In this role, you will:

• Monitor and respond to user reviews and feedback on digital applications, maintaining a professional, empathetic tone aligned with communication guidelines
• Systematically categorize feedback by topic, user concern, and sentiment to identify patterns, recurring issues, and urgent matters
• Draft, review, and finalize responses to reviews that are clear, respectful, and audience-appropriate
• Prepare regular summary reports, tables, and overviews that make insights accessible to communications, support, and product development teams
• Document findings in a structured manner to ensure knowledge sharing across departments
• With growing experience, contribute to refining response templates, categorization systems, evaluation logic, and workflow processes
• Propose ideas for leveraging digital tools and AI to support categorization, response drafting, summarization, and reporting while ensuring quality control

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student (minimum third semester completed) in communications, media studies, social sciences, business, psychology, digital health, or related field
• Excellent written German skills with strong attention to tone, style, and audience-appropriate communication
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style that combines strong communication abilities with analytical thinking
• Ability to not only respond to feedback but also evaluate, contextualize, and summarize insights clearly
• Good Excel skills for data organization and analysis
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, with interest in practical applications of AI and automation
• Prior experience in communications, customer service, community management, or digital product environments is ideal but not required
• Strong language intuition and analytical mindset are the most important qualities we seek

Position Details

This is a part-time working student position (approximately 20 hours per week) based in Berlin with flexible hybrid arrangements. The role offers flexible working hours that can be adapted to your study schedule using an annual time account system. The client provides modern office space in central Berlin, with one mandatory monthly in-person team gathering. Holiday entitlement is prorated based on 30 days for a 5-day work week.
