SEO & AI Content Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an SEO & AI Content Specialist to join their Growth team in Nice, France. Our client is focused on scaling high-quality content that drives organic traffic and conversions while integrating AI capabilities into their content workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, and emerging AI-powered search optimization. You'll work closely with an experienced SEO Manager to produce, optimize, and scale content that helps prospects discover and understand the product through both traditional search engines and AI assistants.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine AI-powered content workflows using tools to accelerate research, outlining, drafting, and optimization while maintaining high editorial standards
• Design repeatable processes including briefs, quality checklists, templates, and editorial guidelines to scale content production efficiently
• Write, update, and optimize SEO content including articles, pillar pages, and landing pages to generate non-branded organic traffic and conversions
• Transform search intent into clear, useful, and well-structured content for target audiences
• Execute continuous optimization initiatives including content refreshes, consolidation, internal linking, and on-page improvements
• Develop understanding of how prospects use AI-powered discovery tools and adapt content accordingly
• Test content formats and structures that improve visibility in AI-generated answers without compromising user experience
• Monitor SEO performance signals including visibility, rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and run rigorous experiments to measure impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Growth to ensure content supports broader acquisition priorities

What We're Looking For

• Meaningful hands-on experience in SEO with published content examples you can share
• Native or fluent French with strong writing and editing skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proven ability to improve content performance through optimization
• Data-informed approach: you form hypotheses, test them, measure outcomes, and iterate
• Active use of AI tools in your current workflow with enthusiasm to deepen your practice
• Sharp eye for structure, clarity, accuracy, and editorial quality
• Comfort working in fast-moving, collaborative environments with ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and content management systems
