Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and quotations, incorporating material take-offs and activity-wise resource planning
- Identify and document subcontracting needs and indirect cost requirements within project scope
- Support the planning team in tracking production schedules and customer communication timelines
- Assist in compiling technical documentation and project specifications for customer review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in cost and material planning
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic spreadsheet and data management
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and customer service best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
