Remote Manager (Director) Partnerships DACH (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization in the hospitality technology sector. They are expanding their partnerships function across the DACH region and seek a commercially-minded partnerships professional to own pipeline development and partner relationships from a remote base in Germany.

This is a true business development role where you will drive revenue through strategic relationships. You will own the complete partner pipeline for your territory—integration partners, resellers, consultants, and referral contacts—while also managing one or two global partner accounts that span multiple regions. This is not a lone contributor role; you will work within a structured system supported by intelligence briefing, onboarding infrastructure, and co-sell resources, but you are the person accountable for converting that support into measurable pipeline and revenue in your region.

Responsibilities

• Own and forecast the partner pipeline and revenue target for the DACH region, building a bottoms-up plan by partner type and deal stage
• Source, qualify, and develop relationships with new resellers, consultants, integration partners, and referral contacts using provided qualification frameworks and conversation playbooks
• Manage one or two assigned global partner accounts, coordinating strategy across multiple territories and maintaining senior-level relationships
• Execute a tiered re-engagement program for dormant signed partners in your regional subset, applying personalized outreach and re-qualification protocols
• Request partner intelligence briefings before first outreach and complete mandatory CRM fields to trigger onboarding and tracking workflows
• Register every qualified lead in the partner tracking system on the day received, tagged by source type
• Surface competitive intelligence and market signals to the broader partnerships team through bi-weekly regional exchanges
• Participate in monthly team reviews, presenting your regional pipeline and flagging structural gaps or blockers

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in B2B business development, partnerships, or commercial account management—ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology
• Advanced proficiency in German (C2 level) with excellent command in both written and spoken contexts
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate outbound pipeline from scratch in a defined territory
• Comfortable navigating multiple partner conversation types in a single week—integration partnerships require a different approach than reseller qualification
• Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or equivalent)—this is non-negotiable, as data quality drives the entire team's operational effectiveness
• Based in Germany with the right to work without visa sponsorship

Nice to have: existing network in hotel technology (PMS, channel management, revenue management), experience managing global accounts, familiarity with partner tracking platforms, or a background in hospitality operations.
