SVP, Data Solutions, UK

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking an SVP Data Solutions to lead the development and delivery of critical data capabilities that enable clients to mobilize and unlock value from their first-party data. This is a senior leadership role based in London.

As the Data Solutions Lead, you will:

• Own the design, delivery, and roadmap for proprietary data intelligence platforms in the UK market, managing across stakeholder groups in data, technology, and leadership teams
• Program-lead the development of private data network solutions across the UK and into global product teams to ensure local requirements are prioritized
• Define and socialize the strategy for data solutions alongside Data Partnerships on priority, roadmap, and onboarding cadence of new data partners
• Establish commercial bundling opportunities for partners and clients with proprietary data solutions across the martech landscape
• Collaborate with Investment and Media Solutions teams to define commercial models and go-to-market strategies
• Create compelling marketing and training materials for data platforms and upskill internal communities
• Support early-stage new business pitches and represent data solutions in client-facing meetings
• Establish governance and guardrails for data solutions capabilities across media solutions and commercial viability
• Develop the UK enablement strategy for clients in collaboration with global and local product teams

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy, data partnerships, or proprietary media within a media agency or related company (publisher, ad tech, or client marketing organization)
• Strong client-direct experience in value proposition and client benefit narratives
• Proven experience designing and developing monetized data solutions in media
• Deep knowledge of the UK data partner landscape, data monetization models, and proprietary media products
• Experience setting clear strategy, roadmapping, operationalizing solutions, and organizing resources to deliver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly translating non-technical use cases into technical requirements
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to represent and defend data solutions with senior clients
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and directly influence others to drive adoption and overcome implementation barriers
• Delivery-focused solutions leadership with a strong technical and client leadership background that can make commercial decisions with business context at the core
• Right to work in the UK

This role operates in a hybrid environment with teams in the office approximately four days per week.
