We are representing a confidential health and wellness organization in Berlin that is entering an exciting growth phase. Our client has built a strong content foundation, developed a clear mission, and established a substantial marketing database. They now need a strategic mind to transform their marketing approach from intuition-driven to data-driven, building systems that clearly identify which topics, channels, funnels, and touchpoints truly generate growth.

As a Growth Intelligence & AI Analyst, you will be the person who transforms data, AI, CRM, content performance, and marketing logic into a clear steering system. You will identify patterns, develop hypotheses, evaluate tests, and help the organization make better decisions faster. This role is intentionally broader than a traditional analyst position—you will not only build dashboards but actively contribute strategic thinking on generating qualified leads, optimizing funnels, strengthening lifecycle communication, and building predictable revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop a streamlined KPI and reporting system covering content, funnel, CRM, paid advertising, SEO, customer communication, and sales touchpoints to provide weekly clarity on what is working, what is not, and where growth opportunities exist
• Formulate and test clear growth hypotheses related to hooks, target audiences, lead magnets, landing pages, CRM segments, and funnel steps using data-driven validation
• Analyze existing marketing contacts, develop segmentation logic, identify reactivation opportunities, and measure which lifecycle or upsell initiatives are effective
• Leverage AI for analysis, research, and marketing optimization to accelerate pattern recognition, evaluate content and funnel data, cluster audience questions, prepare tests, and create decision-making foundations
• Think strategically about and support operational growth tests on landing pages, websites, forms, email sequences, and funnel steps, with the ability to guide simple tactical implementations
• Work closely with the CMO, content production, customer communication teams, external agencies, and CRM/lifecycle structures
• Bridge gaps in emerging areas such as CRM analysis, reactivation logic, website testing, and operational growth experiments during the organization's scaling phase

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, growth, performance marketing, or revenue operations
• Excellence in working with numbers, data, and relationships to derive clear growth opportunities
• Daily, practical use of AI to accelerate analyses, research, hypothesis development, segmentation, and process optimization—not just theoretical interest
• Strong understanding of CRM, funnel mechanics, and lifecycle marketing, with the ability to recognize how contacts convert to qualified leads and revenue
• Ability to clearly formulate, test, and evaluate hypotheses using structured methodologies
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with the confidence to provide direct strategic guidance on priorities and testing decisions
• Fluency in German is required for this position, as you will be working with German-language content, customer data, and internal stakeholders
• Comfort moving beyond pure reporting to actionable decision-making and implementation support

This role is not suitable for candidates who: only report numbers without deriving decisions, find AI interesting but do not actively integrate it into daily work, view themselves exclusively as dashboard builders, lack interest in connecting CRM, content, paid media, website, and funnel activities, or tend to get lost in analysis without moving to action.
