Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology company seeking a working student to support their Facility Management team in Heidelberg. In this role, you will contribute up to 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the facility management team with daily operational tasks
- Coordinating appointments for maintenance and repairs with external service providers
- Assisting with the maintenance of building, space, and inventory data
- Monitoring upcoming maintenance schedules and inspections
- Contributing to the implementation and compliance of safety-related measures across office locations
- Supporting facility management inquiries and working with the team to develop appropriate solutions
- Taking on varied tasks that provide insight into professional facility operations
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking a current university student with the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Reliable, meticulous, and able to work independently
- Interest in organizational processes with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technical understanding and willingness to assist with practical, hands-on tasks
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
