Trainee Social-Media Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in the real estate sector, and we're seeking a Trainee Social Media Manager to join their performance marketing team in Bochum. In this role, you will:

• Support the management of Meta advertising campaigns for multiple real estate clients
• Take early responsibility for independently steering advertising campaigns for assigned accounts
• Manage five-figure monthly advertising budgets and generate valuable customer inquiries
• Conduct daily campaign analyses to ensure key performance indicators are met
• Implement proven optimization measures to maximize advertising budget effectiveness
• Make independent decisions on the profitable allocation of advertising budgets exceeding €50,000 per month
• Coordinate closely with the project team, where your insights serve as an important lever for success
