Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing organization in Hamburg seeking a Business Informatics Specialist to drive process optimization and business development. In this role, you will systematize workflows, implement new processes, and lead internal projects that support our client's continued expansion.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and implementing business processes to support organizational growth and scalability
• Analyzing existing workflows across all departments to identify improvement opportunities and optimize internal operations
• Managing the introduction of new IT systems and leading strategic internal projects
• Creating documentation and training materials for internal learning platforms after establishing and refining processes
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process adoption and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Management, Banking, or related field
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and their practical application
• Strong analytical and methodical thinking with exceptional organizational abilities
