Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Dresden seeking an IT Systems Administrator. In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop existing IT infrastructure while ensuring reliable system operations
• Administer Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, and support virtualized systems
• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to the implementation and advancement of IT solutions
• Support the development of efficient IT structures and enhance existing processes with a user-oriented approach
• Take ownership of IT projects and collaborate closely with internal departments and IT stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT discipline, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator managing IT infrastructures
• Practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
• Broad understanding of common IT technologies and systems
• Initial experience developing IT structures and user-oriented processes
• Strong German and English language skills
• A self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented work style with enthusiasm for driving IT projects and improvements
