Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student or intern to support their Human Resources team. In this role, you will:
- Support the HR team with daily operational tasks
- Assist with recruitment processes from job posting to candidate communication
- Support onboarding activities for new employees
- Maintain employee master data and personnel files
- Prepare certificates and other HR documents
- Provide general office management support
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking candidates who possess:
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable program
- Interest in Human Resources and modern personnel processes
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and meticulous work approach
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment working with people
- High level of responsibility and discretion
- Very good spoken and written German language skills
Working Student: 15-20 hours per week
Intern: 3 months, full-time by arrangement
Location: Frankfurt, with excellent public transport connections
