Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Frankfurt seeking a working student or intern to support their Human Resources team. In this role, you will:
- Support the HR team in day-to-day operations
- Assist with recruiting activities from job posting through candidate communication
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain employee master data and personnel files
- Prepare certificates and other HR documents
- Provide general office management support
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
- Interest in Human Resources and modern HR processes
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and careful work approach
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people
- High level of responsibility and discretion
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
Position Details: Available as either a working student position (15-20 hours per week) or internship (3 months, full-time by arrangement). Location is Frankfurt with excellent public transport connections.
