About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing global SaaS company in the restaurant technology sector. Our client is establishing their UK presence and seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team during this exciting expansion phase. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships from the ground up and directly impact customer satisfaction in a high-growth environment.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for a proactive professional who excels at building relationships and driving customer adoption. You'll work remotely initially, with plans to transition to a hybrid model as the UK operations expand.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during implementation, ensuring smooth onboarding and platform adoption
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and supporting their success
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
  • Provide expert guidance on platform functionality and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to inform platform development
  • Identify potential challenges early and implement solutions to maintain high retention rates

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent or native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or a similar client-facing role
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred, particularly within food technology or hospitality sectors
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Desirable: Familiarity with UK Point of Sale systems, food delivery platforms, menu mapping, and order flow processes
