Premium Creator Account Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the creator economy space. They work with a portfolio of high-value, long-tenured creators whose relationships require deep expertise, trust, and personalized attention. Our talent team is searching for a Premium Creator Account Manager who will own these critical relationships and serve as the right hand to senior leadership.

This is a detail-obsessed, relationship-first role for someone who thrives in the weeds and is fully committed to excellence in creator management. You'll be trained directly by leadership, absorb every nuance of these legacy accounts, and ultimately manage them at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the right hand to the Head of Creator Management, receiving deep training and working closely to optimize workflows and build relationships with their creator portfolio
• Manage a focused portfolio of legacy, high-touch creators who require personalized, relationship-first account management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned creators, handling inbound requests, proactively reaching out, and anticipating needs
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams on behalf of creators to ensure seamless support
• Maintain detailed records of relationship history, creator preferences, and ongoing commitments
• Flag risks, blockers, or opportunities early to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Shadow and learn directly from the current relationship owner to ensure continuity and preserve trust

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in account management, creator management, talent management, or similar client-facing roles
