Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from concept through launch, partnering closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Drive design thinking into product development, ensuring solutions address real user problems with consistency and simplicity
• Transform open-ended product ideas into actionable design directions through research, prototyping, and iteration
• Create end-to-end experiences across mobile and web, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals while maintaining exceptional visual quality and brand expression
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across all product surfaces
• Champion new AI-enabled design workflows that expand what's possible for product development and team effectiveness
• Communicate design rationale clearly across disciplines to align teams around shared goals
• Help shape design culture by modeling strong craft, collaboration, and curiosity

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform-facing products
• Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces and deliver elegant, intuitive solutions
• Strong product sense—comfortable thinking strategically and operating in lean organizational structures
• Deep experience designing mobile-first products with exceptional understanding of intuitive, polished mobile experiences
• Outstanding visual design and interaction design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating aesthetic judgment, systems thinking, and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience building, scaling, or maintaining design systems, component libraries, or frameworks that improve product quality and team velocity
• Track record of close collaboration with engineers to ship high-quality, technically informed designs
• Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance design quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness
• Breadth across UI, UX, motion, and interaction, with particular strength in visual design and craft
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners
