Teilprojektleiter Automatisierung und Telekommunikation Offshore (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy infrastructure organization seeking a Deputy Project Manager for Automation and Telecommunications in offshore network connection projects. In this role, you will take technical ownership of automation and telecommunications systems on converter platforms and land stations throughout all project phases.

• Ensure contract-compliant implementation of automation and telecommunications systems on offshore converter platforms and land stations across all project phases
• Guarantee compliance with permits, technical specifications, and contractual requirements while preparing for operator handover
• Review and evaluate technical documentation, manage scope changes, and maintain audit-proof project documentation
• Provide technical leadership to specialist teams and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Support factory acceptance tests (FATs), construction, commissioning, and quality activities at shipyards and manufacturer facilities
• Actively manage project risks and drive mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of professional experience in automation of primary and secondary technical systems within energy transmission installations
• In-depth knowledge of planning, managing, and implementing complex technical infrastructure and large-scale projects
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Medical fitness for offshore assignments and willingness to undertake regular international business travel
