Senior Fullstack Entwickler – AI & Digital Platforms (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital platform organization in Berlin-Mitte. This is a senior fullstack position with true end-to-end ownership. You will plan, build, and ship features from concept to production release, working autonomously with minimal oversight.

You'll set engineering standards for AI-assisted development, including coding agents and tooling configuration to maximize team velocity. Quality is non-negotiable: you'll implement comprehensive test coverage using Playwright, define service-level objectives, and own incident response for critical systems.

A core part of the role is designing architectures that meet GDPR compliance requirements for EU-hosted systems, with clear documentation of technical decisions through Architecture Decision Records.

What We're Looking For

• Technical expertise: Deep fluency in TypeScript, Next.js 15+, React 19+, and PostgreSQL with modern ORMs (Drizzle or Prisma)
• Proven delivery: Substantial experience shipping complex software end-to-end, ideally in high-performance or startup environments
• AI-native workflow: Daily, practical use of AI coding agents—you understand precisely when they accelerate development and when they create friction
• Ownership mindset: You define success by measurable user outcomes, not lines of code. You don't need task management; you identify what matters and build it
• Language requirements: Excellent English (C1+) for asynchronous documentation and native-level German for professional stakeholder communication

The client works in a regulated environment where compliance is foundational, not an afterthought. You'll work in a flat structure with direct access to leadership and minimal bureaucracy.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with Get A Job.ai. The client offers above-market base salary, equity participation, premium development setup including AI tool subscriptions, and a dedicated learning and development budget.
