Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) KI-Video & Social Ads Editor

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital media client in Hamburg, and we're seeking a working student to join their creative team focused on AI-driven video content.

In this role, you will:

• Create AI-generated videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and paid advertising campaigns
• Develop and execute creative concepts using AI tools such as Runway ML, Pika, Kling AI, Sora, and similar platforms
• Script short video concepts tailored to target audiences
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and analyze performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and brand teams
• Help develop the organization's AI video workflow and document best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university (Media, Design, Communications, Film, Computer Science, or related field)
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs)
• Strong sense for storytelling, visual language, and platform-appropriate formats
• Self-starter mentality with enthusiasm for experimentation — you don't wait to be told which tools are trending
• Good German language skills; English sufficient for understanding technical documentation

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity, and Canva

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €17.50 per hour
