About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a working student to support media production and set operations in Frankfurt am Main. Our client specializes in performance-driven campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands and maintains an in-house creative production team that handles shoots for major European clients.

This role offers hands-on experience in professional media production, working alongside an experienced creative producer to coordinate shoots from pre-production through wrap.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of video and photo shoots, taking ownership of specific production tasks
• Assist with production budgeting and cost tracking throughout the production lifecycle
• Coordinate schedules and communication with talent, crew members, and external vendors
• Research, evaluate, and book locations suitable for various production requirements
• Provide on-set support during shoots in Frankfurt and surrounding areas
• Help organize equipment storage and maintain props inventory

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Media Management, Media Production, or a comparable degree program, ideally with some production exposure
• Based in Frankfurt am Main or nearby areas with availability for regular on-site shoots
• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks reliably
• Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and gradually take on more responsibility
• Collaborative team player comfortable working closely with production staff
• Hands-on approach—ready to handle tasks from location scouting to equipment organization
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with talent, team members, and service providers
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Preferred but not required: previous experience in film, video, or photo production; location scouting; talent coordination; production budgeting; Class B driver's license
