Unser Mandant sucht einen Systemadministrator (m/w/d), der das IT-Team bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Infrastruktur unterstützt. Dies ist eine unbefristete Festanstellung in einem wachsenden Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Server- und Client-Systemen unter Windows, Mac und Linux
- Wartung der internen IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Laptops, Desktop-Computer, Switches, Firewalls, Drucker und Telefone
- Behebung von Hardware- und Softwarefehlern sowie Dokumentation von Problemen und Lösungen
- Helpdesk-Support für Desktop-Anwendungen, Workstations und zugehörige Ausrüstung mit zeitnaher Problemlösung
- Schulung und Einarbeitung der Mitarbeiter in neue und bestehende Technologien
Was wir suchen
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum IT-Fachinformatiker Systembetreuung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung; Quereinsteiger mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Berufserfahrung als Systemadministrator, IT-Assistent oder in ähnlicher Funktion
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerken (LAN, WAN, VPN) und Patch-Management
- Gute Kenntnisse von Windows Desktop- und Server-Betriebssystemen
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 (Teams, Office, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Einfallsreichtum
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Themen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
