About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization in Munich seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to join their infrastructure team. Our client operates in a collaborative environment where engineers work closely together on modern cloud-native platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration infrastructure
- Develop automation and tooling for container deployment pipelines
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized applications and services
- Collaborate with development teams to support their container adoption and best practices
- Implement security, networking, and storage solutions within Kubernetes environments
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for production systems
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Proficiency with container technologies including Docker and container registries
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their Kubernetes services
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions for containerized environments
- Experience with networking concepts, service meshes, and ingress controllers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- German and English language proficiency for team collaboration
