Werkstudent Projektentwicklung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support their project development activities in Dresden. In this role, you will:

• Conduct research on planning law, permitting requirements, and project-specific regulatory questions
• Support the development of wind energy and photovoltaic projects from early stages through implementation
• Assist with identifying and evaluating suitable sites and developing location concepts
• Help coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, specialist consultants, planning offices, and service providers
• Prepare documentation and presentations for municipalities, authorities, landowners, and other project participants
• Support project progress documentation and tracking
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and standards

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a motivated student with a strong interest in renewable energy who brings:

• Ongoing studies in natural sciences, spatial planning, geography, renewable energy, or a comparable field
• Previous practical experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and wind power projects
• Independent and structured working style with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document results clearly and discuss them effectively within a team
• Proficient use of standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Initial experience with GIS software is a plus
• Native-level German language skills (C2 according to CEFR) and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Availability for at least 12 months with a minimum of 13 hours per week (flexible schedule arrangement)
