Werkstudent E-Mail Marketing Design (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce marketing agency seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support their email marketing design efforts. In this role, you will:

• Design engaging, brand-compliant email layouts for newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows
• Implement design templates in email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Figma, and Photoshop
• Optimize existing templates for visual appeal, responsiveness, conversion performance, and proper rendering across different email clients
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members on design projects
• Support image sourcing and perform basic image editing tasks
• Contribute to the development of new design concepts and stay current with email marketing trends

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a currently enrolled student with design skills and an interest in digital marketing. The ideal candidate brings:

• Active enrollment in Communication Design, Media Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a comparable field
• Some practical experience in graphic or email design through internships, freelance projects, or portfolio work (advantageous)
• Proficiency with standard design tools including Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout with excellent attention to detail
• Interest in e-commerce and email marketing specifics such as responsive design, dark mode, and accessibility
• Fluent German language skills; English is beneficial
• High level of motivation, reliability, goal orientation, conscientiousness, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Availability of 16-20 hours per week

Location: Frankfurt am Main (100% remote work possible)

Start date: October or as agreed
