Wir vertreten ein etabliertes Architektur- und Ingenieurbüro in Berlin-Kaulsdorf bei der Suche nach einem Fachplaner oder Sachverständigen für vorbeugenden Brandschutz (m/w/d). Unser Mandant realisiert vielfältige Projekte im Hochbau – von Wohngebäuden über Kindergärten und Pflegeheime bis hin zu Büro- und Industriebauten für private und öffentliche Auftraggeber. Das Portfolio umfasst Neubauten ebenso wie Sanierungen und Aufstockungen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Brandschutzkonzepten und prüffähigen Brandschutznachweisen für Neu- und Bestandsbauten
- Fachliche Beratung von Bauherren, Architekten und Fachplanern in allen Fragen des Brandschutzes
- Konstruktive brandschutztechnische Baubegleitung von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
- Abstimmung mit Behörden sowie Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen und Begehungen
- Erstellung von Sachverständigengutachten bei Brandschäden
- Prüfung und Bewertung von Ausführungsplänen hinsichtlich brandschutztechnischer Anforderungen
- Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung interner Brandschutzstandards
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens, der Architektur oder des Brandschutzingenieurwesens
- Qualifizierter Abschluss als Fachplaner:in oder Sachverständige:r für vorbeugenden Brandschutz
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Brandschutz
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Prüfern und Fachplanern
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Umfassende EDV-Kenntnisse
